A Major Event in Canadian History: Sitting P.M. Presents to Senate Committee

Stephen Harper spoke to the Senate today about Senate reform. I have watched his presentation and I am impressed with his depth of knowledge on this subject. He was well prepared for his presentation to the Senate today.
