Complaints on DARTS are at an all-time high, members of the Disability Committee shared numerous stories of poor service from DARTS, and the DARTS budget is reaching record highs.
Members of the Committee hope to suggest solutions to Council. The Committee does have the ability to bypass Council and go directly to the Human Rights Commission – which they have done in the past to force improvements by the City.
