Good afternoon everyone. I’m going to cover two meetings today.
We’ll start at the Emergency & Community Services Committee at 1:30 p.m. to cover the delegation of Brian Duxbury who is representing Residential Care Facilities in regards to their municipal subsidies. The delegation is at 1:30pm
Following this, we will go to the Governance Committee where I, Joey Coleman, am delegating to request the City release public agendas to the public on the City website. I will ask them to launch a separate sub-site for agendas until such time as the new City website is capable of providing this service.
I will also request media again receive print copies of the agendas as occurred prior to the City renovations.
