After a 14-month Freedom of Information battle, a sad statement on the Fire Marshal’s Office, Craig Campbell of HCN obtained the report into the massive November 2012 Dundas commercial fire. The fire was the largest in Hamilton since the infamous Plastimet fire of the 1990s.
The Fire Marshal classified the cause of the fire as “undetermined”, according to more than 80 pages of documents obtained by HCN. Arson could not be ruled out.
