Hamilton Police are appealing to the public for assistance in determining how an elderly man came to be on the ground with serious injuries in the area of Main Street East and Victoria Avenue South (near the Canadian Tire) at approximately 7:30am Saturday April 12, 2014.
Police do not have any further information they can share regarding the circumstances. Detectives state the elderly man was very visible and they believe witnesses can assist them with determining what occurred.
