HWDSB Board Meeting [Live 6pm]

Trustees meet tonight to ratify their committee work for the month of March, including the change in Trustee seat allocations to split Ward 14 from 15, merging 14 with Dundas’ 13 for a new joint West Flamborough – Dundas Trustee seat, and confirming the naming of the new South Mountain Secondary School as Nora Frances Henderson Secondary School.

Trustees will also have their first opportunity to ask questions about planned school closures following last week’s presentations of Accommodation Review Committee and Staff recommendations for elementary school closures in East Hamilton, West Flamborough, and the Central Mountain.
