Using the A Poor Framing for a Follow-up Question
To get good insightful answers, how the question is framed matters. I missed an opportunity on Thursday
Hamilton’s “smog shield” doesn’t exist anymore. That that it existed in the first place, but it was the saying I and many others would use to explain when weather systems impacted north, west, and south of Hamilton but somehow we’d get no rain.
Overnight, there was (slight) rain north and south of Hamilton but none in urban Hamilton.
So, since we can’t say “smog shield” anymore thanks to improved air quality, we need to think of a new saying.
Just sayin’
