City staff says they’ve found $5,000 in savings towards the proposed Highway 403 Gateway Sign and raised $350 from crowdfunding since June 5th.
The $5,000 in savings is in tree planting costs.
City staff continue to work with Laura Babcock to find larger contributors to assist in funding the sign.
The City Manager’s Office is leading the staff effort.
Staff will present their update to Council on July 7 during the GIC meeting.
