Hamilton City Council’s Planning Committee is meeting in Stoney Creek as they redo the public hearing on the new Stoney Creek Fruitland-Winona Secondary Plan, popularly known as the Stoney Creek Urban Boundary Expansion (SCUBE)
This meeting is a redo of the June 4, 2013 Planning Committee meeting as staff threw out the SCUBE plan heard that day in August when the new Urban Hamilton Official Plan was partially approved by the Ontario Municipal Board (Background)
