This is old news now but….
A SU that gets 12,616 students to vote in a October election on campus! Wow, if even 50 people bother to vote for SRA in the largest faculty, we will consider that to be good turnout at Mac. Now, the other side of this coin is that the UWO SU allows a very high spending limit and many of my contacts at UWO state to me that money is a critical factor in getting elected there. Either way, they must be doing at least a few things right.
