I, as a member of the MSU Standing Committee on Bylaws, have formally requested that the MSU Speaker make a formal ruling on the following questions:
- Does Operating Policy 1/K provide for the process for dismissal of the staff of The Silhouette including the Executive Editor?
- Does Operation Policy 4A provide for the dismissal of MSU Employees?
- Does the Regular Full-Time Employee Policy apply to the Executive Editor of the Silhouette?
- Can policy not approved by the SRA overrule SRA approved policy?
- Was the process for dismissal of the Silhouette Executive Editor followed?
