The legal documents are signed between the City of Hamilton, Burlington, Hamilton Port Authority, Provincial, and Federal governments to pay for the capping of Randle Reef.Last week, Hamilton Mayor Bob Bratina said the final agreements were close.
Today, the federal government issued a news release announcing the ink is dry.
The signing of the agreements is a formality after all parties, finally, agreed to a funding partnership to get the work done.
