Upper James at the Linc will soon have a new four-storey hotel if Councillors agree with the staff recommendation to approve a proposed development to the southeast of the highway interchange.
The proposed development will see a four-storey hotel (which was proposed as a six-storey hotel in 2007), a new large commercial building (such as a restaurant), and one strip plaza.
Nearby properties were sent a notice of the development, none of the 72 properties submitted feedback.
